Unfortunately, I can't seem to find an easy way to check my Ubisoft library on the web without installing Ubisoft Connect software on a PC. So you might need to check if the game is actually in your library. Only after I went into the 'Free games' section in Ubisoft Connect and activated the free copy of 'Rayman Raving Rabbids' there, I finally saw the game in my library. The problem is even after I saw this message on both my phone (via desktop mode) and desktop PC, the game was not in my library when I logged into Ubisoft Connect.
